医学院校结合青年志愿者行动,提升大学生思想政治教育质量

摘　　要：青年志愿者行动符合当代发展的潮流,志愿服务是新的社会风尚。大学生志愿服务,在志愿精神的积极思想引导下,突出了思想政治教育的根本任务,是思想政治教育的有效实践载体。医学院校通过校青年志愿者协会、“医+X”志愿服务培育模块、二级学院志愿服务培育基地、志愿服务品牌项目创评,培养医学生仁爱之心、奉献意识,锤炼医学生的实践能力,并通过深化认识、完善机制、搭建平台、拓展形式等途径,进一步发挥大学生志愿服务的思政育人作用。The youth volunteer action is in line with the trend of the times,and volunteer service is a new social trend.College students’voluntary service,under the guidance of voluntary spirit,highlights the fundamental task of ideological and political education,and is an effective carrier of ideological and political education.Through the youth volunteer association,the“Medicine+X”volunteer service training module,the volunteer service cultivation base of secondary colleges,and the volunteer service brand evaluation,medical colleges and universities can cultivate medical students’consciousness of kindness and dedication,train their practical ability,and further play the role of college students’volunteer service in ideological and political education by deepening understanding,improving the mechanism,building a platform,and expanding forms.
