摘　　要：自1996年引入欧共体商标体系以来,欧洲商标法制度取得了巨大的成功。然而,随着新技术的迭代与信息表达与采集的进步,设立并运行了近20年的《共同体商标条例》在实践中产生了诸多问题并亟待调和。为深化欧盟商标制度一体化进程,欧洲议会于2015年12月批准了对于欧盟商标法的一揽子改革案。修订后的《欧盟商标条例》和《欧盟商标指令》于2016年生效,此次改革体现了商标领域的最新成果,并为非传统商标注册提供了依据。Since the introduction of the EU Community trademark system in 1996,European trademark law has achieved great success.However,with the iteration of new technology and the progress of information expression and collection,the Community Trademark Regulation that has been established and operated for nearly 20 years has met with numerous problems in practice which need urgentreconciliation.In order to deepen the integration process of the EU trademark system,the European Parliament approved a package of reforms to the EU trademark law in December 2015.The revised"EU Trademark Regulation"and"EU Trademark Directives"came into effect in 2016.This reform reflects the latest achievements in the trademark field and provides a basis forthe registrationof non-traditional trademark.
