莎剧爬窗约会情节与伊丽莎白时代的文化更新

摘　　要：爬窗约会是一种大胆又特殊的恋爱方式,莎士比亚在《维洛那二绅士》《威尼斯商人》和《罗密欧与朱丽叶》这三部表现恋爱题材的作品中都安排了“爬窗约会”这样一个细节。爬窗求爱不是一个耦合性的事件,而是暗喻了伊丽莎白时代时期英国的婚姻家庭文化、宗教氛围和日常大众审美品味的更新。爬窗沟通了窗户内外两个截然不同的空间,压抑的内部空间激发屋内的女性勇敢反叛父权;紧张的国内环境迫使英国新教顽强发展;舞台空间里出格的约会情节感染了观众席。充满旧式家长权威的窗内空间让人害怕,可透过窗子看到的外面的世界又是如此诱人,彷徨之后的爬窗举措是认清了内心的选择:打破旧束缚,奔向新风貌。Window climbing dating is a bold and special way of falling in love.Shakespeare has arranged the details in three works of Two Gentlemen of Verona,Merchant of Venice,and Romeo and Juliet.Climbing the window for love is not a coupling event,but a metaphor for the renewal of marriage and family culture,religious atmosphere and daily popular aesthetic taste in Britain during the Elizabethan era.The climbing window communicates two distinct spaces inside and outside the building,and the repressed inner space inspires the women in the house to bravely rebel against patriarchy,the tense domestic environment forces the development of Protestantism,and the extraordinary dating plot in the stage infects the audience.Space in the window full of old-fashioned parental authority is frightening,through the window,the outside world is so tempting,wandering and making a clear choice:break the old shackles and run to a new look.
