基于层次分析法的毕节市耕地利用效益评价研究

摘　　要：构建毕节市2008-2017年的耕地资源利用效益评价体系,具体包括1个目标层、3个准则层和11个可用指标层。对原始数据进行标准化处理,在此基础上,采用层次分析法计算标准化数据的权重,采用多因素综合评价法对每一年的耕地生态效益、社会效益和经济效益指标得分线性加权求和,得出每一年耕地利用的综合效益评价值。对社会、经济和生态效益三种效益的协调度进行分析,进行等级划分对照,分析2008-2017年毕节市耕地利用的综合效益、社会效益、经济效益和生态效益的协调状况,根据效益评价结果对毕节市的耕地利用保护提出合理的建议。The evaluation system of cultivated land resources utilization benefit in Bijie City from 2008 to 2017 was constructed,including 1 target layer,3 criteria layers and 11 available index layers.On the basis of standardizing the original data,the weight of standardized data is calculated by analytic hierarchy process,and the scores of ecological benefit,social benefit and economic benefit indexes of cultivated land in each year are linearly weighted and summed by multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method,and the comprehensive benefit evaluation value of cultivated land utilization in each year is obtained.The coordination degree of social,economic and ecological benefits was analyzed,and the coordination status of comprehensive,social,economic and ecological benefits of cultivated land utilization in Bijie City from 2008 to 2017 was analyzed.According to the results of benefit evaluation,reasonable suggestions were put forward for the protection of cultivated land utilization in Bijie City.
