摘　　要：文章通过对跨境电商岗位信息进行数据收集,通过分类汇总以及文本挖掘,整理出了跨境电商运营、美工、客服、销售、跨境物流管理岗位等五大类岗位。通过分析得出五大类典型岗位知识技能要求以及素养要求,并对跨境电商从业人员进行网上调研,分析典型岗位技能要求情况,最后得出跨境电商人才需求现状,并为高职院校开设跨境电商专业提出了一些思路和建议。Through data collection,classification and text mining of cross-border e-commerce job information,it sorts out five categories of positions,including cross-border e-commerce operations,art,customer service,sales,and cross-border logistics management.Through analysis,the knowledge skill and literacy requirements of five types of typical positions are obtained,and online surveys of cross-border e-commerce practitioners are conducted to analyze the skill requirements of typical positions.Finally,it draws out the current situation of cross-border e-commerce talent demand,and puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the establishment of cross-border e-commerce majors in higher vocational colleges.
