摘　　要：针对长管拖车气瓶损伤检验问题,提出气瓶损伤在线监测平台,并对气瓶在线监测参数以及位置进行研究。通过有限元数值仿真(包括结构分析与随机振动仿真实验)方法,以随机振动实验模拟气瓶运输过程中的状况,并定量制造气瓶损伤,监测气瓶运输中由于损伤导致的各参数变化,由结果得损伤位置的等效应力以及垂直加速度和损伤等级成正比,因此将其作为监测参数。监测位置的选择主要结合随机振动仿真、损伤案例统计以及气瓶水压实验爆破位置三方面考虑,各结果表明气瓶瓶肩位置为易损伤位置,因此将其作为主要的监测位置。Aiming at the problem of cylinder damage inspection for long tube trailer,an online monitoring platform for cylinder damage is proposed.The online monitoring parameters and position of the gas cylinder are studied.Through the finite element numerical simulation(including structural analysis and random vibration simulation),the random vibration is used to simulate the condition of the gas cylinder during transportation,and the damage of the gas cylinder is quantitatively manufactured.the changes of various values caused by the damage during the gas cylinder transportation are monitored.From the results,the equivalent stress at the damage location and the vertical acceleration are proportional to the damage degree,so they are used as monitoring parameters.The selection of the monitoring position is mainly considered in three aspects:random vibration simulation,damage case statistics,and cylinder hydraulic pressure test blasting position.Each result shows that the cylinder shoulder position is a vulnerable position,so it is taken as the main monitoring position.
