夫精宫腔内人工授精周期妊娠成功率的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析夫精宫腔内人工授精(IUI)周期妊娠成功率的影响因素。方法:选取326例行夫精IUI治疗的不孕症患者作为研究对象,开展夫精IUI治疗,分析夫精IUI周期妊娠成功率的影响因素。结果:与年龄<30岁、不孕时间≤5年、继发性不孕、子宫内膜厚度<15 mm、排卵后双次授精、优势卵泡个数<4个、促排卵周期、IUI周期次数<3次的不孕症患者比较,年龄≥30岁、不孕时间>5年、原发性不孕、子宫内膜厚度≥15 mm、排卵后单次授精、优势卵泡个数≥4个、自然周期、IUI周期次数≥3次的不孕症患者的周期妊娠成功率均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,女性年龄≥30岁、不孕时间>5年、原发性不孕、排卵后单次授精及优势卵泡个数≥4个均为降低夫精IUI周期妊娠成功率的影响因素。结论:女性年龄≥30岁、不孕时间>5年、原发性不孕、排卵后单次授精及优势卵泡个数≥4个均为降低夫精IUI周期妊娠成功率的影响因素。Objective:To analyze influencing factors of period pregnancy success rate in intrauterine insemination(IUI)with husband sperm.Methods:326 cases of infertility patients who underwent IUI treatment with husband sperm were selected as the research object.Then,the influencing factors of the period pregnancy success rate of IUI were analyzed.Results:With those of age<30 years old,infertility time≤5 years,secondary infertility,endometrial thickness<15 mm,two inseminations after ovulation,number of dominant follicles<4,ovulation induction cycle and IUI cycles<3,the period pregnancy success rate was significantly reduced of the patients of age≥30 years old,infertility time>5 years,primary infertility,endometrial thickness≥15 mm,single insemination after ovulation,number of dominant follicles≥4,natural cycle and IUI cycles≥3,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age≥30 years old,infertility time>5 years,primary infertility,single insemination after ovulation,and number of dominant follicles≥4 were the influencing factors of the reduced period pregnancy success rate for the patients with IUI with husband sperm.Conclusions:The age≥30 years old,infertility time>5 years,primary infertility,single insemination after ovulation,and number of dominant follicles≥4 are the influencing factors of the reduced period pregnancy success rate for the patients with IUI with husband sperm.
