PDCA循环护理在心脏起搏器置入术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察PDCA循环护理在心脏起搏器置入术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取120例心脏起搏器置入术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用PDCA循环护理,比较两组首次下床活动时间、住院时间、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组首次下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.33%,明显低于对照组的23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.33%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环护理应用于心脏起搏器置入术后患者可缩短首次下床活动时间和住院时间,降低并发症发生率,以及提高护理满意度,优于常规护理效果。Objective:To observe application effects of PDCA cycle nursing in patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation.Methods:120 patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given the PDCA cyclic nursing.The first ambulation time,hospitalization time,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The first ambulation time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than 23.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The PDCA cycle nursing for the patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation can shorten the first ambulation time and the hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to routine nursing.
