摘　　要：主要介绍兴澄特钢4300mm宽厚板轧机上导板装置的基本功能、结构形式、控制原理;针对在生产过程中遇到的设计、程序控制、联锁保护等方面的问题或缺陷,通过持续跟踪观察、详细分析了故障产生的原因及机理,改进设计缺陷、优化控制程序、完善联锁保护,解决了上导板频繁被撞问题,减少了事故,提高了生产效率。The paper mainly introduces the basic function,structure form and control principle of top guide device on 4300 mm wide thick plate mill of Xingcheng Special Steel.Against which meets in the production process design,process control and interlock protection problems or defects,through continuous tracking,analyzes in detail the causes of failure and its mechanism,to improve design flaws,optimizing the control program,interlock protection,solve the problem guide on frequent collision,reduce the accidents and improve the production efficiency.
