摘　　要：消渴为气血津液病证,由于患者体质、病程、并发症以及医家的学术流派不同,其治法较多。该文主要归纳分析清热法、温阳法、养阴法三大治法的产生背景、治法、方药。清热法主要包含清热泻火生津、清热解毒法,其代表方药分别为白虎加人参汤、三黄丸;温阳法主要包含温补脾阳、温肾助阳法,其代表方药分别为附子理中丸、肾气丸;养阴法主要包含养肺阴、养脾阴、滋肾阴,其代表方药分别为麦门冬饮子、增液汤、六味地黄汤。Diabetes is a disease of Qi,Blood,and Fluid.Due to the different physique,course of the disease,complications,and academic schools of doctors,there are many treatments for it,which mainly fell into three treatment categories:Heat-clearing method,warming Yang method,and nourishing Yin method,every method has its background,treatments,and prescriptions.The Heat-clearing method mainly includes clearing Heat-fire to generate fluid,and clearing Heat-toxicity.Its representative prescriptions are Baihu Decoction combined with Renseng Decoction and Sanhuang Pills.The Warming-Yang method mainly includes warming the Spleen Yang as well as warming Kidney and assisting Yang.Its representative prescriptions are Fuzilizhong Pill and Shenqi Pill.The method of nourishing Yin mainly includes nourishing Lung Yin,Spleen Yin and Kidney Yin.Its representative prescriptions are Maimendong Yinzi,Zengye Decoction,and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction.
