左归丸治疗骨质疏松症的临床应用及实验研究进展

摘　　要：左归丸可通过多种分子通道调节破骨细胞的骨吸收与成骨细胞的骨形成,使两者相互作用,达到稳定的平衡状态,进而发挥减轻骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)患者骨疼痛程度、促进骨发育、增加骨密度、提高骨强度的作用。临床应用左归丸治疗OP疗效确切,不良反应较少,安全性高,患者依从性好,可长期服用,具有多靶点、多途径干预的特点和优势。但目前左归丸治疗OP的效应机制仍需更深入、更全面的探讨,今后可从以下方面加强研究:基于中医理论进行多方面、多靶点的实验研究;合理使用临床试验研究结论,运用循证医学的研究方法和理念,优化临床试验的设计方法;开展大样本、多中心、前瞻性的随机对照临床研究;加强症状评价的标准化以提高其临床应用价值。By regulating the bone resorption of osteoclasts and the bone formation of osteoblasts through a variety of molecular channels,Zuogui Pills can achieve a stable equilibrium state of the two interaction,thus to reduce bone pain in patients with osteoporosis(OP),promote bone development,increase bone density,and improve bone strength.The clinical application of Zuogui Pills in the treatment of OP has a definite curative effect,fewer side effects,high safety,good patient compliance,long-term use,and has the characteristics and advantages of multi-target and multi-channel intervention.However,at present,the mechanism of Zuogui Pills in the OP treatment still needs to be more in-depth and comprehensively explored.Research can be strengthened from the following aspects:multi-aspect and multi-target experimental research based on the TCM theory;rational use of clinical trial study conclusions and application Evidence-based medicine research methods and concepts to optimize the design of clinical trials;carry out large-sample,multi-center,prospective randomized controlled clinical research;strengthen the standardization of symptom evaluation to improve its clinical application value.
