摘　　要：热奄包疗法巧妙地将穴位理论、中药学及温热刺激相结合,治疗疼痛既有局部用药、透皮吸收、直达病所的优势,又能避免肝脏首过效应对中药药效的影响。但目前热奄包的制备方法相对简单,整体研究力度和应用范围有限,难以把控通过穴位、经络吸收的有效药物剂量;对于部分具有皮肤黏膜毒性药物的研究文献较少,临床应用受到限制;有关中医外治法操作规范的大型研究更少。今后应充分利用现代科学技术,深化中医外治法基础理论、临床疗效及操作规范研究,以期形成较为完整的中医适宜技术操作规范,确保临床应用的安全、高效、合理。The Reyanbao therapy skillfully combines acupoint theory,Chinese materia medica,and thermal stimulation.It not only has the advantages of topical medication,transdermal absorption,and direct access to the disease but also avoids the influence of the first-pass effect of the liver on the efficacy of Chinese medicine.However,the current preparation craft of Reyanbao is relatively simple,and the overall research and application range are limited.It is difficult to control the effective drug dose absorbed through acupoints and meridians;The lack of researches on skin and mucosal toxicity of drugs caused limited clinical application,and large-scale studies on the standard operating procedure(SOP)of external treatment of Chinese medicine are even less.In the future,we should make full use of modern science and technology to deepen the research on the basic theories,clinical efficacy and the SOP of TCM external treatment methods,to form a relatively complete TCM technical appropriate SOP to ensure the safety,efficiency,and rationality of its clinical applications.
