高淑红脑肾同治法治疗卵巢储备功能低下

摘　　要：神志失调、肾气亏虚、气机不调可致卵巢储备功能低下。临床上,应尤其重视脑肾同治,即调神和补益肾气共同发挥作用。高淑红主任结合多年临床经验,总结出"调""补""通"治疗卵巢储备功能低下的方法。"调"即调神,"补"即补益肾气,"通"即疏通气机。临证重用百会以解郁安神,鸠尾、中脘以疏通气机,关元、神阙以补益肾气、温通经络;善用局部腧穴以直接作用于子宫及卵巢,注重针灸结合,重用灸法以化瘀通络、调理气机。Diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)often results from Spirit disharmony,kidney Qi deficiency,and Qi movement Disorder.In clinically,attention should be paid to the concurrent treatment of brain and kidney,that is,soothe the Spirit and replenishing the kidney Qi simultaneously.From years of clinical experience,Dr.Gao Shuhong summed up methods of"Tiao","Bu",and"Tong"to treat DOR."Tiao"means to soothe the spirit,"Bu"means to replenish kidney Qi,and"Tong"means to activate the Qi movement.In clinical treatment,Baihui is often used to relieve depression and soothe the spirit,Jiuwei and Zhongwan are used to activate the Qi movement,Guanyuan and Shenque to replenish the kidney Qi and warm the meridians;Make good use of local acupoints to directly act on the uterus and ovaries,attention on the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion,and focus on the use of moxibustion to remove Blood stasis and dredge collaterals and regulate Qi Movement.
