基于信捷XC5 PLC的环形铁丝包扎机电控系统研究

摘　　要：在对环形铁丝包扎机工艺深入分析的基础上,设计了以信捷XC5 PLC为核心的控制系统,重点分析了包扎机托辊步进电机和推进装置伺服电机程序的实现方法,控制系统经现场测试,运行效果良好。Based on the in-depth analysis of the process of the ring wire wrapping machine,a control system based on XINJE XC5 PLC is designed,and the realization method of the program of the stepper motor of the roller and the servo motor of the propulsive device of the wrapping machine is analyzed,the control system has been tested on the spot,and the operation effect is good.
