摘 要:针对腈纶生产企业外排污水处理过程存在的问题,采用腈纶废水和神华煤制备水煤浆,分析了腈纶废水以及模拟丙烯腈废水制备水煤浆的性能,考察了水煤浆的浆体质量浓度、稳定性及流变特性等性能。试验结果表明:利用有机废水制备的水煤浆质量分数最高可达60%,表观黏度小于1000 mPa·s,析水率低于10%,浆体稳定性好,相同条件下与原水制备的水煤浆浓度一致,表明腈纶废水可以完全替代并优于原水制浆。验证了腈纶废水替代原水制备水煤浆的可行性,为同类型废水资源化利用提供了依据,具有良好的工业化应用前景。Aiming at the problems existing in the treatment process of wastewater discharged from acrylic fiber production enterprises,coal water slurry is prepared from acrylic fiber wastewater and Shenhua coal.The performance of coal water slurry prepared from acrylic fiber wastewater and simulated acrylonitrile wastewater is analyzed.The mass concentration,stability and rheological properties of coal water slurry are investigated.The results show that the highest mass fraction of coal water slurry prepared by organic wastewater is 60%,the apparent viscosity is less than 1000 Pa·s,the separated water ratio is less than 10%,and the slurry has good stability.Under the same conditions,the concentration of coal water slurry prepared by organic wastewater is consistent with that of raw water,which indicates that acrylic fiber wastewater can completely replace and is better than raw water.The feasibility of preparing coal water slurry with acrylic fiber wastewater instead of raw water is verified,which provides a basis for resource utilization of the same type of wastewater and has a good industrial application prospect.
