摘 要:针对西部某油田含CO2原油集输管道腐蚀现象严重的问题,以不饱和脂肪酸、三乙烯四胺和氯苯甲烷为原料合成了一种咪唑啉型缓蚀剂,并将咪唑啉型缓蚀剂与非离子表面活性剂进行复配研制出一种新型抗CO2缓蚀剂KW-101。考察了含水率、温度、流速以及CO2分压对缓蚀率的影响,室内试验结果表明:随着含水率、温度、流速和CO2分压的增大,缓蚀剂KW-101的缓蚀率逐渐降低,当试验温度为50℃、流体含水率为80%、流速为3 m/s、CO2分压为1.5 MPa时,缓蚀率仍可以达到80%以上。现场应用结果表明:在含CO2原油集输管道中注入200 mg/L的缓蚀剂KW-101后,挂片的腐蚀速率可以降低至0.006 mm/a,达到了良好的缓蚀效果。Aiming at the serious corrosion problem of crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline containing CO2 in a western oilfield.A new type of imidazoline inhibitor is synthesized from unsaturated fatty acids,triethylenetetramine and benzyl chloride.Then a new anti-CO2 corrosion inhibitor KW-101 is developed by combining imidazoline inhibitor with nonionic surfactant.The effects of water content,temperature,flow rate and CO2 partial pressure on the corrosion inhibition rate are evaluated.The results show that the inhibition efficiency of KW-101 decreases with the increase of moisture content,temperature,flow rate and CO2 partial pressure.When the temperature is 50℃,moisture content is 80%,flow rate is 3 m/s and CO2 partial pressure is 1.5 MPa,the corrosion inhibition rate can still reach more than 80%.The field application results show that the corrosion rate of coupon can be reduced to 0.006 mm/a after injecting 200 mg/L corrosion inhibitor KW-101 in the crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline containing CO2.
