摘  要:分析了目前LNG站场外输管线工艺流程超压的原因,对比了采用安全阀、高完整性压力保护系统和安全切断阀3种优化措施的适用性和安全性。结果表明:站内管线和站外管线设计压力选取原则及参照规范不同是造成目前外输管线超压的主要原因。采用HIPPS系统和安全切断阀能够保证站内管线和站外管线的安全性和稳定性,应结合项目实际定位、工程投资及设计范围等因素确定最优化工艺流程。同时推荐采用动态模拟技术进行定量分析,合理地设定值触发点和阀门关闭时间,维持系统的安全性和稳定性。The causes of overpressure in the process of LNG station export pipeline are analyzed.The applicability and safety of safety valve,high integrity pressure protection system and safety shut-off valve are compared.The results show that the main reason for overpressure of export pipeline is the difference of design pressure selection principle and reference specification between internal pipeline and external pipeline The HIPPS system and safety cut-off valve can ensure the safety and stability of the pipeline inside and outside the station.The optimal design principle should be determined according to the actual project location,project investment and design scope.At the same time,it is recommended to use dynamic simulation technology for quantitative analysis,reasonably set the trigger point and valve closing time to maintain the safety and stability of the system.
