慢性前列腺炎模型筛选及其肾功能评价

摘　　要：目的对比角叉菜胶与消痔灵2种化学致炎剂致大鼠慢性前列腺炎模型的成模时间及维持时间,并评价造模对大鼠肾功能的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、角叉菜胶组和消痔灵组,比较造模后第1、3、5、7周血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)和前列腺素E-2(PGE-2)炎症指标的变化情况,比较造模后第1、3、5周肾功能尿素氮(UREA)、肌酐(CREA)和血糖(GLU)的变化情况。结果与假手术组比较,角叉菜胶组从造模后第1周起PSA和PGE-2水平均显著升高,维持至造模后第5周,第7周时恢复至正常水平;消痔灵组PSA和PGE-2水平从造模后第3周起显著升高,PGE-2水平在造模后第5周恢复至正常水平。角叉菜胶诱导模型使UREA高于正常水平,GLU低于正常水平,该影响均在造模后第5周恢复至正常水平。结论角叉菜胶诱导模型维持时间至少4周,较消痔灵诱导模型维持时间长、成模时间早,且角叉菜胶诱导模型对肾功能存在一定影响,但该影响可随时间逐渐恢复正常。Objective The model formation time and maintenance time of rats with chronic prostatitis(CP)induced by 2 different chemical inflammatory agents,carrageenan and Xiaozhiling,were compared,and the effect of model formation on renal function of rats was evaluated.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into sham group,carrageenan group and Xiaozhiling group,the changes of serum prostate specific antigen(PSA)and prostaglandin E-2(PGE-2)in the first week,the third week,the fifth week and the seventh week were compared.The changes of urea nitrogen(UREA),creatinine(CREA)and glucose(GLU)in the first week,the third week and the fifth week were detected.Results Compared with sham group,while the levels of PSA and PGE-2 in carrageenan group increased significantly from the first week to the fifth week after model making,while and returned to normal level at the seventh week.The levels of inflammatory factors in Xiaozhiling group increased significantly from the third week after model making,while the level of PGE-2 restored to the normal level at the fifth week.In carrageenan model,UREA was higher than normal level,GLU was lower than normal level,and the effect of carrageenan was restored to normal level at the fifth week after modeling.Conclusion The model of chronic prostatitis induced by carrageenan lasted for more than 4 weeks,which was longer than the Xiaozhiling-induced model,and it takes less time to establish the model.Moreover,the model had some influence on renal function,but could recover gradually with time.
