异甘草酸镁联合双环醇对自身免疫性肝炎患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的分析异甘草酸镁联合双环醇对自身免疫性肝炎患者的治疗效果以及透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)水平的影响。方法将110例自身免疫性肝炎患者随机均分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组采用双环醇进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合异甘草酸镁进行治疗,2组均治疗3个月。对比2组的治疗效果、肝功能指标、肝纤维化指标和免疫球蛋白水平。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率为94.55%,显著高于对照组(72.73%),P<0.05。治疗后,2组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆汁酸(TBIL)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、血浆免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁联合双环醇治疗自身免疫性肝炎,能显著改善患者的肝功能,降低血清HA、LN和PC-Ⅲ水平,缓解肝纤维化,同时可调节患者的免疫功能,治疗效果较好,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with bicyclol in patients with autoimmune hepatitis and the influence on hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN)and procollagen typeⅢ(PC-Ⅲ)levels.Methods 110 patients with autoimmune hepatitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bicyclol,while the observation group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The therapeutic effect,liver function index,liver fibrosis index and immunoglobulin level were compared between the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.55%,significantly higher than in the control group(72.73%),P<0.05.After treatment,the serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bile acid(TBIL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),HA,LN and PC-Ⅲ,plasma immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)levels decreased significantly in both groups,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with bicyclol in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis can significantly improve the liver function of patients,reduce the levels of serum HA,LN,PC-Ⅲ,alleviate liver fibrosis,and regulate the immune function of patients.Its therapeutic effect is good and worthy of clinical promotion.
