摘　　要：消费升级背景下,我国休闲零食行业呈现“主食休闲化,零食主食化”的消费态势,休闲零食行业竞争日趋激烈,产品同质化严重。研究休闲食品上市公司投资价值,可对休闲食品行业未来发展情况进行评估,并指导投资者进行投资决策。本文结合休闲食品行业的特点,构建投资价值综合评价指标体系,以熵权Topsis评价模型和系统聚类分析为基础,对休闲食品行业投资价值进行实证分析。研究发现:熵权Topsis评价模型得出的评价得分和聚类分析分类结果基本一致并可相互佐证,且符合股票市场的实际情况。休闲食品上市公司评分能够反映公司内在投资价值,研究结论可作为投资决策参考。In the context of consumption upgrades,the leisure snack industry presents a consumption format of“staple leisure and snack staple food”.The competition in the leisure snack industry is becoming increasingly fierce and the homogeneity of products among manufacturers is serious.Studying the investment value of listed companies in the snack food industry can not only serve as a guiding theory for investment decisions,but also provide some practical significance for the sustainable and stable development of snack food companies.Based on the characteristics of the snack food industry,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of investment value.According to the entropy Topsis evaluation model and systematic cluster analysis,the paper finds that the evaluation score obtained by the entropy Topsis evaluation model is basically the same as the cluster analysis classification situation,which can also be mutually corroborated and in line with the actual situation of the stock market.The scores of each company in the snack food industry index can also show the intrinsic investment value,and the index system under this method is relatively consistent with the theory of company value.The research can be used as a reference by investors.
