摘　　要：加强博士后党支部建设,是提高创新型青年人才基本素养的内在需求,是高校在"三全育人"模式下培养精英人才的使命担当。当前高校党建工作缺乏对博士后群体的重点关注,博士后党支部建设普遍缺乏针对性,博士后党员对于支部建设的参与性不积极。高校要精准把握博士后党员群体的特点,选优配强支部书记,创新活动方式和文化建设,以党建促科研,最终提升博士后党支部活力。Strengthening the construction of the postdoctoral branch of Communist Party of China(CPC)is the internal demand of improving the basic quality of innovative young talents. It is the mission of colleges and universities to cultivate elite talents under the model of"full staff,whole process and all-round education."At present,there is a lack of focus on postdoctoral group in the work of university party construction;the construction of postdoctoral branch of CPC is generally a lack of pertinence;and,the postdoctoral party members are not active in the participation of branch construction. Colleges and universities should accurately grasp the characteristics of postdoctoral party members,select the best and strengthen the party branch secretary,innovate the way of activities and cultural construction,promote scientific research with party construction,and ultimately enhance the vitality of the postdoctoral branch of the CPC.
