西藏野生青冈蕈菌丝分离培养条件研究

摘　　要：比较研究了分离并培养青冈蕈菌丝的培养基组成、温度、pH值等条件,结果表明,适宜菌丝分离培养的最佳培养基是木生菌培养基,菌丝体适宜生长的温度是15℃,pH值5.0~6.0。In this study,the mycelia of Tricholma quercicola were isolated and cultured in different media,different growing temperature and different pH value of culture medium.The results showed that the culture media of lignicolous fungi is the best one suitable at 15℃and pH5.0~6.0 for culture of mycelium.
