摘　　要：近年来,党和国家非常重视人民群众的获得感问题,“获得感”一词高频率地出现在社会的各个领域。同样,“获得感”也被应用到高校的思想政治教育领域,并成为评判高校思想政治教育成效的试金石。高校思想政治教育获得感既包括受教者的获得感,也包括教育者的获得感,教育者的获得感能促进受教育者获得感的生成。高校思想政治教育获得感的生成具有一定的理论和现实基础:马克思的需要理论、马斯洛的需要层次理论分别是高校思想政治教育获得感生成的理论支撑和理论借鉴;世情、国情和学情的变化是高校思想政治教育获得感生成的现实依据。人的需要与高校思想政治教育获得感之间是相互依存、密不可分的。所以以需要理论为视角来研究高校思想政治教育获得感的生成基础对高校思想政治教育获得感的生成和提升具有重要的理论和现实意义。In recent years,the Communist Party of China and the state have attached great importance to people s sense of fulfillment,and the word“sense of fulfillment”frequently appears in various fields of society.Accordingly,“sense of fulfillment”has also been applied to ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and has become the touchstone for judging the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The sense of fulfillment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities includes not only the sense of fulfillment of the educated,but also the sense of fulfillment of the educator,which can promote the generation of the sense of fulfillment of the educated.Certain theoretical and practical foundations are provided for the generation of the sense of fulfillment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities:Marx s theory of needs and Maslow s theory of hierarchy of needs provide theoretical support and reference for the generation of the sense of fulfillment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities;The changes of world conditions,national conditions and academic conditions are the realistic basis for the generation of the sense of fulfillment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Human needs are interdependent and inseparable with the sense of fulfillment ideological and political education in colleges and universities.From the perspective of needs theory,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the basis of the sense of fulfillment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
