大竹县艾滋病发现管理及宣传干预“双下沉”新模式及其评价

摘　　要：目的探索艾滋病综合防治创新模式,遏制大竹县农村居民和中老年人的艾滋病高发态势。方法 2015年在大竹县形成艾滋病发现管理及宣传干预"双下沉"工作模式,建立健全了县、乡、村、组艾滋病四级防控体系。收集2012-2019年艾滋病检测、治疗及知信行监测情况进行统计学描述分析。结果 2012-2019年大竹县常住人口艾滋病检测率和HIV/AIDS的抗病毒治疗抑制率均呈逐年上升趋势(χ^(2)趋势=241 695.007,P<0.01;χ^(2)趋势=15.858,P <0.01),吸毒者、暗娼和孕产妇的艾滋病知识知晓率始终保持在90%以上,吸毒者和暗娟的高危行为发生减少。结论大竹县"双下沉"创新模式有效地推进了艾滋病防治工作的落实,在艾滋病防治工作中发挥了积极作用。Objective To explore an innovative comprehensive model of AIDS prevention and control so as to maximize the detection and management of HIV/AIDS,and curb the epidemic of AIDS among rural residents and middle-aged and elderly people in Dazhu county.Methods In 2005,the "double-sinking" mode of AIDS discovery,management,publicity and intervention in Dazhu county has been formed,and the four-level AIDS prevention and control system in counties,townships,villages and groups has been established.From 2012 to 2019,data about AIDS detection and treatment,knowledge,attitude,practice were collected for statistical analysis.Results From 2012 to 2019,the proportion of HIV testing among permanent residents and the antiviral treatment success rate among HIV/AIDS increased year by year(χ^(2)trend=241695.007,P <0.001;χ^(2)trend=15.858,P <0.001).Besides,the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among drug users,female sex workers,and pregnant women remained above 90% from2012 to 2019.Significant reductions in HIV risk behaviors were observed among drug users and female sex workers.Conclusion The innovative mode of "double-sinking" plays an active role in AIDS prevention and control in Dazhu county,effectively promoting the implementation of AIDS prevention and control.
