摘 要:随着抽水蓄能电站的兴建,水泵水轮机得到了广泛的应用。为了更加合理的探究水泵水轮机在不同工况下的水流运动状况,分别采用标准k-ε、RNG k-ε、SST k-ω及标准k-ω四种湍流模型进行数值模拟计算,主要对水泵水轮机在水泵工况下导叶开度为16 mm的运行工况进行全特性分析。通过对水泵水轮机进行扬程、效率、轴功率等计算,最后与实际测试数据进行分析比较,得出各湍流模型的适用性结论。结果表明:标准SST k-ω模型不适用于水泵工况的计算,RNG k-ε模型最适合于所选水泵水轮机水泵工况下内部流场的模拟计算与性能评估。With the construction of pumped-storage power stations,the pump-turbine has been widely used.In order to explore the water flow movement of pump-turbine under different operating conditions more reasonably,four turbulence models of standard k-ε,RNG k-ε,SST k-ωand standard k-ωare used to carry out numerical simulation respectively,and the full characteristic analysis is mainly carried out for the pump operation of pump-turbine under the guide vane opening of 16 mm.The head,efficiency and shaft power of pump-turbine are calculated and compared with actual test data,and then the applicability of each turbulence model is concluded.The results show that the standard SST k-ωmodel is not suitable for the calculation of pumping condition,and the RNG k-εmodel is most suitable for the simulation calculation of the internal flow field and the performance evaluation of selected pump-turbine under pump operating condition.
