摘　　要：目的:探讨基于健康教育的人文关怀护理对梅尼埃病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选取2019年1月1日~12月31日收治的60例梅尼埃病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组实施基于健康教育的人文关怀护理干预。比较两组干预前后焦虑[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、抑郁[采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)]情况,比较两组疾病认知度。结果:干预14 d后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组疾病认知度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对梅尼埃病患者实施基于健康教育的人文关怀护理,可提高疾病认知度,明显缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,达到良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic care based on health education on anxiety and depression in patients with Meniere′s disease.Methods:A total of 60 cases of Meniere′s disease patients admitted during January 1-December 31,2019 were as research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group adopted routine nursing intervention,while the observation group implemented humanistic care nursing intervention based on health education.Comparison was made on anxiety scores by the self-assessement anxiety scale(SAS),depression scores by the self-assessement depression scale(SDS)and also on Meniere′s disease awareness between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After 14 days of intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the awareness of Meniere′s disease knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanistic care based on health education for patients with Meniere′s disease can improve disease awareness,significantly relieve anxiety and depression,and achieve good therapeutic effects.It is worthy of wide application.
