摘 要:通过粉末冶金法制备了AlFeCrCoCu/ZL109复合材料,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热膨胀仪以及拉伸实验等研究了复合材料在不同热压温度下的组织与性能。结果表明:随着热压温度的升高,复合材料的抗拉强度和硬度先增大后减小;当热压温度为550℃时,复合材料的抗拉强度与显微硬度达到最大,分别为326.4 MPa和157 HV0.01,比未进行热压处理的复合材料提高了93.5%和45.7%;当热压温度为600℃时,由于组织中出现了增强相颗粒破碎和偏聚的情况,复合材料的力学性能降低。AlFeCrCoCu/ZL109 composites were prepared by powder metallurgy,and microstructure and properties of the composites at different hot pressing temperatures were investigated by means of X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermal dilatometer and tensile test.The results show that with the increase of the hot pressing temperature,the tensile strength and the hardness of the composites increase first and then decrease.When the hot pressing temperature is 550℃,the tensile strength and the microhardness of the composites reach the maximum,which are 326.4 MPa and 157 HV0.01,respectively,which are 93.5%and 45.7%higher than that of the composites without hot pressing treatment.When the hot-pressing temperature is 600℃,the mechanical properties of the composites decrease due to the presence of reinforced phase particles fragmentation and segregation in the microstructure.
