摘　　要：员额检察官业绩考核制度是司法体制改革的重要组成部分,也是实践性较强的一项制度。实践中,员额检察官业绩考核制度的实施还存在一些现实困境,为此,应从合理设定评价主体、评价内容、评价程序、评价方式以及合理运用评价结果等方面进行完善,进而推动员额检察官业绩考核制度的有效实施。The performance appraisal system of post prosecutor is an important part of the reform of judicial system,and it is also a system with strong practicality.In practice,there are still some practical difficulties in the implementation of the performance evaluation system of post prosecutors.Therefore,we should improve the evaluation subject,evaluation content,evaluation procedure,evaluation method and reasonable application of evaluation results,so as to promote the effective implementation of the performance evaluation system of post prosecutors.
