云南省建设项目使用林地管理的问题与对策探讨

摘　　要：文章介绍了目前建设项目使用林地管理工作的概况,针对建设项目使用林地工作在调查技术和行政审核审批方面的突出问题进行深入分析,结合现行技术标准和管理政策提出了相应的对策建议,为实现建设项目使用林地的科学管理提供参考。The current situation of the management of the use of forest land in constructionprojects was introduced in this paper,the outstanding problems in the investigation tech-nology and administrative examination and approval of the use of forest land in constructionprojects were analyzed deeply.Combined with the current technical standards and man-agement policies,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,soas to provide reference for the scientific management of the use of forest land in construc-tion projects.
