新时期武器装备试验鉴定特点分析与启示

摘　　要：当前世界范围内军事转型正在深入开展,武器装备试验鉴定也相应地在理念、方法与组织等方面呈现出新的特点。文中总结了美军武器装备试验鉴定领域近年来在机构完善、理念变革和方法创新等方面的最新发展动态,分析了新时期我军武器装备试验鉴定应该具备的"实战化、一体化、多样化和全周期"等四个方面的特点,提出了进一步加强试验统筹、推进试验鉴定技术创新和做好基于联合作战的实战化考核等建议。Military transformation is being deepened worldwide currently,and testing and evaluation for military equipment has shown new characteristics concerning concepts,methods,and organization.This paper summarizes the latest developments in the field of U.S.military equipment test and evaluation in recent years involving in organization improvement,concept changes and method innovations,analyzes the"realistic,integration,diversity and total life cycle"aspect of test and evaluation for our military equipment in the new period,and puts forward suggestions on strengthening test planning,advancing test and evaluation technology innovation,and realistic evaluation based on joint operations.
