摘　　要：面对现代化、国际化、创新型城市发展新目标,面对科技信息化的飞速发展,面对市民百姓的新期待,公安现有指挥中心信息化体系架构已无法满足新的警务工作需要,亟需探索新一代指挥中心体系架构。文中以市级公安系统为服务对象,通过分析国内外警务模式现状,充分借鉴国外先进经验,将云计算、大数据、人工智能等先进技术与公安情报指挥业务相结合,提出具备一体化、移动化、主动式、自流程、智能化等特点的新一代市级公安指挥中心体系架构,旨在为全国公安提供市级指挥中心信息化顶层设计提供参考。Facing the new development goals of modern,international and innovative cities,the rapid development of science and technology informatization,and the new expectations of citizens,the existing system architecture of public security command center has been unable to meet the needs of the new police business,so it is urgent to explore the system architecture of new generation command center.This paper takes the municipal public security system as the service object,analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign policing modes,fully draws on the advanced experience of foreign countries,combines advanced technologies such as cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence with public security intelligence command business,and proposes the system architecture of the new generation municipal public security command center with the characteristics of integration,mobility,initiative,self-process and intelligence,in order to provide a reference for the top-level design of municipal command center for national public security.
