孟鲁司特钠与盐酸氮[艹卓]斯汀对过敏性鼻炎患者TNSS评分、血清ECP水平及MTT的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究孟鲁司特钠与盐酸氮[艹卓]斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎对患者鼻症状总积分(TNSS)评分、血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)水平、鼻黏膜纤毛传输时间(mucociliary transmission time,MTT)以及不良反应发生率的影响。方法:以2018年12月~2019年12月本院耳鼻喉头颈外科的过敏性鼻炎患者90例为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同平均分成两组,每组45例。A组:孟鲁司特钠口服治疗,1片/次,qd;B组:盐酸氮[艹卓]斯汀鼻喷雾剂治疗,每侧鼻孔各喷2喷,bid;两组疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后两组患者的TNSS评分、血清ECP水平、MTT以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组患者的TNSS评分、血清ECP水平、MTT比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的TNSS评分、血清ECP水平、MTT低于治疗前(P <0.05),且与A组相比,B组患者治疗后的TNSS评分、血清ECP水平、MTT降低(P <0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸氮[艹卓]斯汀可降低过敏性鼻炎患者的TNSS评分、ECP水平和MTT,对过敏性鼻炎治疗的效果优于孟鲁司特钠,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the effects of montelukast sodium and azelastine hydrochloride on the total nasal symptom score(TNSS),the serum level of eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),the mucociliary transmission time(MTT)and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods:From December2018 to December 2019,90 patients with allergic rhinitis who were admitted to the otolaryngology head and neck surgery department of our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the different treatment methods,patients were divided into,group A and group B,with 45 cases each.Group A:montelukast sodium,p.o.,1 tablet,qd;group B:azelastine hydrochloride,2 sprays per nostril,bid.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.TNSS score,serum ECP level,MTT and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in TNSS score,serum ECP level and MTT between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,TNSS score,serum ECP level and MTT of the two groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment(P<0.05).And compared with group A,the TNSS score,serum ECP level and MTT of group B were significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Azelastine hydrochloride can significantly reduce the TNSS score,ECP level and MTT of patients with allergic rhinitis,with better curative effect than montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,which is worthy of clinical application.
