摘　　要：货占比指标在产销一体模式加工制造企业中极为重要,对其成本的控制直接影响企业的利润,这对目前经济下行压力大的环境下民营中小企业的生存具有重要的意义.对中小制造企业的供应链管理过程的研究,使用AHP模型可判断出最符合企业特点的供应商,从采购源头上进行成本优化.通过对EOQ模型进行了有价格优惠、有接续补货、考虑运输成本三种情况的分析,得出JIT模式下企业的最优供应商和采购量.仿真实验表明,通过该方法可以合理规划每周期的低值易耗品量,解决易腐败难贮存商品的问题,使其在不影响生产的情况下还可被及时利用,除此之外对于运输困难的物品也有不同的解决方案,实现了对货占比较好的控制,使企业获得更高的利润和效益.The index of goods proportion is very important in the integrated production and marketing mode of processing and manufacturing enterprises,and the control of its cost directly affects the profits of enterprises,which is of great significance to the survival of private small and medium-sized enterprises under the current economic downward pressure.For the study of the supply chain management process of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,AHP model can be used to determine the most suitable suppliers for the characteristics of enterprises,and cost optimization can be carried out from the source of procurement.Based on the analysis of EOQ model with price preference,continuous replenishment and transportation cost,the optimal supplier and purchase quantity under JIT mode are obtained.The simulation experiment shows that the method can reasonably plan the quantity of low value consumables in each cycle,solve the problem of perishable and hard to store commodities,and make them be used in time without affecting production.In addition,there are different solutions for the difficult goods to be transported,and achieve a better control of the goods.Thus enterprises get higher profits and benefits.
