摘　　要：转基因检测方法和标准物质是转基因生物安全管理的技术支撑,本文对国内外转基因作物信息数据库、转基因检测方法数据库、筛选检测在线分析工具和转基因标准物质库进行了整理;并分析了各数据库的特点,以期为转基因检测的信息获取提供指引,为我国转基因检测信息平台的建设提供思路。GMO standard detection methods and reference materials are the technical supports for the safety management of genetically modified organisms.In this paper,the domestic and foreign GMO crop information database,GMO standard method database,online analysis tools for screening and testing and reference materials database were sorted out,and the characteristics of each database were analyzed,so as to provide guidance for the information acquisition of GMO detection,and provide ideas for the construction of GMO detection information platform in China.
