摘　　要：高等学校学生档案是国家人事档案的重要组成部分,刚刚修订通过的《中华人民共和国档案法》顺应时代要求,增设了档案信息化建设"等内容。通过对湖北省部分高校的学生档案管理进行调查得知,高校学生档案要与时俱进,加速电子化建设进程、实现信息化管理、维护学生利益、推动学校稳定健康发展,就应探索标准化规范化管理方法,制定符合实际的实施细则,为做好新时代高校学生档案工作提供制度遵循。The student archives of higher education institutions is an important part of personnel archives of our country.In compliance with the demand of times,the recently revised Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China added some new contents of archives informatization construction.From surveys of the management of student archives in some universities in Hubei province,it is found that if the student archives management of higher education institutions wants to advance with times,accelerate the process of electronization,realize informatization management,protect interests of students,promote stable and healthy development of universities,it is necessary to explore standardized and regularized management methods,draw up realistic implementation details and provide institutional guarantee for performing well in the student archives management of higher education institutions.
