摘　　要：目前,很多学术档案并未列入档案管理部门的收集范围,而机构知识库建设弥补了档案管理部门的收藏不足。机构知识库建设过程中,通过学术成果收集方式的完善、机构库成果分级管理和分级访问控制、完善的应用功能开发、机构知识库和交流分享理念的宣传推广,机构知识库将实现对学术档案的更完善的收集与科学合理的管理。At present,a lot of academic archives are not included in the collection scope of archives management department.The construction of institutional repository makes up for the deficiency of collection of archives management departments.In the construction of institutional repository,institutional repository will achieve better collection of academic archives and more scientific and reasonable management through the improvement of academic achievements collection methods,hierarchical management and hierarchical access control of institutional repository achievements,development of excellent application functions,and the promotion of institutional repository and communication and sharing concept.
