摘　　要：本文阐述了读者决策采购(PDA)的服务理念,结合中国政法大学图书馆在疫情期间开展的"你选书,我买单,京东物流送书到家"活动服务模式,重点介绍"汇采平台"的建设情况以及使用效果,同时指出平台存在的问题、后续需要完善的功能等。This paper expounds the service concept of Patron Driven Acquisition(PDA).Combined with the activity service mode of"you select books,I pay for them,JD logistics delivers to your home"carried out by the library of China University of Political Science and Law during the epidemic period,it mainly introduces the construction and application effect of"collection and purchasing platform",and points out the problems existing in the platform and the functions to be improved in the future.
