可量测实景影像在交通巡逻警务信息化中的应用与实践

摘　　要：本文介绍了重庆市交通巡逻警务可量测影像系统的应用需求情况和设计研发过程,说明了可量测影像系统的研发目标、技术攻关要点和应用方案,研究了可量测实景影像的广阔应用前景和使用价值。借助可量测实景并结合PGIS平台提供的地图服务和影像服务,利用WebGIS等技术开发相关软件系统,可有效提升交巡警指挥调度、交通设施管理、道路渠化优化和科技设备集成应用水平。This paper introduces the application requirements,design and development process of Chongqing traffic patrol police measurable image system,the research and development goal,key technical points and application scheme of the measurable image system are described,the broad application prospect and value of measurable real image are studied.With the help of measurable real scene and the map service and image service provided by PGIS platform,using WebGIS and other technologies to develop related software systems,it can effectively improve the traffic patrol police command and scheduling,traffic facilities management,road channelization optimization and technology equipment integration application level.
