摘　　要：先进制造业是引领未来经济社会发展的重要引擎,随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的不断深化,先进制造业已成为世界各国激烈争夺的产业制高点。就河北而言,随着国家制造强国战略进入实施阶段,加快先进制造业发展,打造全国重要的先进制造业基地,对于加快转变河北省经济增长方式、实现经济强省具有重要战略意义。根据世界各国的先进经验以及河北省先进制造业发展特征与其他省市的差距,文章提出了新时期河北先进制造业发展的定位、思路及相关建议。Advanced manufacturing industry is an important engine of leading economic and social develop⁃ment in future.With the deepening of the new-round sci-tech revolution and industrial changes,advanced manufac⁃turing industry has become an industrial commanding height for which the nations across the world vie with each other.With the strategy of national manufacturing power entering a phase of implementation in Hebei,accelerating the development of advanced manufacturing industry and building an important national base of advanced manufac⁃turing industry is of strategic significance for accelerating the transformation of modes of Hebei’s economic growth and achieving the goal of being an economically strong province.On the basis of advanced experience of the nations across the world,features of the development of Hebei’s advanced manufacturing industry,and gaps with that of other provinces/cities,this study puts forward positioning,thoughts and corresponding proposals of the development of Hebei’s advanced manufacturing industry in the new period.
