摘 要:以南粳9108为材料,设置茎蘖苗数达预期穗数的70%、80%、90%、100%时控水搁田处理,测定水稻茎蘖数、干物质积累量、叶片叶绿素含量、叶面积指数及产量。结果表明,搁田处理越早,高峰苗数越低,成穗率越高;孕穗前,90%时期搁田处理水稻干物质积累量较高,抽穗后,80%时期搁田处理水稻干物质积累较多;不同搁田处理水稻叶片叶绿素含量在拔节期、抽穗期、成熟期无明显区别,在蜡熟期,70%、80%搁田处理的叶绿素含量高;在抽穗期时,90%、100%搁田处理的叶面积指数高,其他阶段没有明显区别;80%搁田处理,产量最高。因此,在茎蘖苗数达预期穗数的80%时开始控水搁田处理,水稻生长及产量最佳。In this article,by taking rice NJ9108 as the material,water control and field treatment are set with the number of tillers reaching 70%,80%,90%and 100%of the expected panicles and the number of tillers,dry matter accumulation,leaf chlorophyll content,leaf area index and yield of rice are measured.The result shows that the earlier the drainage treatment is,the lower the number of peak seedlings is and the higher the panicle rate is;before booting,the dry matter accumulation of rice in 90%stage is higher than that in 80%stage after heading;There was no significant difference in leaf chlorophyll content among different drainage treatments at jointing,heading and mature stages,while the chlorophyll content in 70%and 80%treatment is higher than that in 90%and 100%treatment at wax ripeness stage;at the heading stage,the leaf area index of 90%and 100%drainage treatment is significantly higher,with no significant difference in other stages;the highest yield is found in 80%drainage treatment.Therefore,when the number of tillers reaches 80%of the expected panicles,the drainage treatment has the best effect on the growth and yield of rice.
