摘  要:针对油田井下注水流量传统测量方法存在的各种问题,设计了一种高精度外置式轴向超声波流量计,适用于高温、高压、小流量、小管径条件下的分层注水流量的精确测量。基于时差法测量原理,采用轴向结构增加了声程,采用高精度时间测量芯片TDC-GP22提高了时间测量精度,通过温度补偿模型、流场修正模型进一步提高了其测量精度。仿真和试验结果表明,在0~250m^(3)/d流量下,测量精度可达1.5%,满足油田井下分层注水技术要求,为油田井下实现精细分层注水和自动监测调控提供了基础数据。In view of the problems existing in the traditional measurement method of downhole water injection,a high precision external axial ultrasonic flowmeter is designed,which is suitable for accurate measurement of zonal water injection under the condition of high temperature,high pressure,small flow rate and small pipe diameter.Based on the principle of time difference measurement,the axial structure is adopted to increase the sound distance,the high precision time measurement chip TDC-GP22 to improve the time measurement accuracy,and the temperature compensation model and the flow field correction model to further improve the measurement accuracy.The results of simulation and test show that the measurement accuracy can reach 1.5%at the flow rate of 0~250 m^(3)/d,which can meet the technical requirement of zonal water injection and provide basic data for water injection and automatic monitoring and control.
