摘　　要：染色质重塑是真核生物表观遗传调控的方式之一,其中染色质重组子BRG1作为染色质重塑复合物SWI/SNF的核心功能结构,是一种ATP酶亚基。近年研究表明,BRG1能与心血管细胞中的转录因子相互作用,在心血管发育以及心血管相关疾病发展进程中发挥重要作用。本文就染色质重组子BRG1对心血管发育和心肌肥厚、心肌梗死、糖尿病心肌病、血管炎症等多种心血管疾病影响的研究现状展开综述。Chromatin remodeling is one of the ways of epigenetic regulation in eukaryotes.The chromatin recombinant BRG1,as the core functional structure of the chromatin remodeling complex SWI/SNF,is an ATPase subunit.Recent studies have shown that BRG1 can interact with transcription factors in cardiovascular cells,and play an important role in the development of cardiovascular and cardiovascular related diseases.This article reviews the current research status of the effects of chromatin recombinant BRG1 on the cardiovascular development and various cardiovascular diseases such as cardiac hypertrophy,myocardial infarction,diabetic cardiomyopathy and vascular inflammation.
