摘　　要：中医药临床疗效评价是中医药现代化研究的重要内容,其研究方法在探索中取得系列成果,证候疗效评价日益受到关注和认同,但个体化辨证论治指导下的处方用药如何进行群体化的临床疗效评价仍然是目前存在的主要问题,辨证方法的主观性导致在中医专业医生缺位条件下难以开展辨证论治,很大程度上限制了中医药的有效推广应用。新时代背景下,人工智能领域的前沿技术或许为中医药现代化、国际化提供了新的契机,中医原创思维与人工智能的恰当融合可能为新时代背景下中医药临床诊断与疗效评价研究提供新的思路.Clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is the important content of modern research of TCM. Clinical efficacy evaluation of TCM research methods have had a series of achievements, and syndrome curative effect evaluation is becoming more and more attention and recognition. However, how to evaluate the group efficacy under the background of the individualized treatment based on syndrome differentiation which is under the guidance of prescription medicine, is still the main problems at present. The syndrome differentiation method of subjective cause under the condition of the absence of professional doctor of TCM is difficult to carry out, which largely limits the effective application of TCM. In the new era, cutting-edge technologies in the field of artificial intelligence(AI) may provide a new opportunity for the modernization and internationalization of TCM, and the proper integration of original thinking of TCM and AI may provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and efficacy evaluation research of TCM in the new era.
