摘　　要：妇女自然生产分娩婴儿一般分为3个产程,现有专家建议将产后的2h作为第四产程。文章主要论述耳穴压豆、手指点穴、毫针针刺、艾灸灸法、皮内针、中药外敷等中医适宜技术在4个产程中的相应应用,供中医妇产相关同仁们参考,以期对产程的中医辅助干预起到积极推动作用.其中手指点穴疗法以及毫针针刺的胞衣不下相关内容应用黄帝内针理法方针体系,该针法流传久远,取穴精简,安全性高,方便学习及实践。The whole process of a woman natural giving birth to a baby is generally divided into three stages of labor, and experts suggest that 2 hours after delivery should be regarded as the fourth stage of labor. The paper mainly discussed TCM appropriate techniques in related labor process, such as pressing ear acupoints with beans, acupoint pressure, liform needle acupuncture, moxibustion therapy, intradermal needle therapy, external application of Chinese medicine, and so on. It may provide the reference and exchange for TCM obstetrics and gynecology related colleagues, so that it will play a positive role in promoting the auxiliary intervention of TCM in labor process. Huangdi Nei Zhen is used in acupoint pressure and retention of placenta of filiform needle acupuncture. Huangdi Nei Zhen has a long history, and simple acupoint selection and high safety, which is convenient to learn and practice.
