摘　　要：五行音乐调式属性特点各具风格,主治及代表曲目各不相同。然五音调式的应用尚无统一标准,五音补泻是五行音乐发挥疗效的关键,如何应用五音进行补泻对五行音乐临床运用具有重要意义。文章在“五音疗疾”理论基础上,探讨了脏腑虚实、情绪状态、体质因素对五音疗效的影响,分析了五音的脏腑补泻、情志补泻及体质补泻,提出了五音不同调式乐曲对五脏、情志及体质的补泻原则及应用方法,以期为五音补泻奠定理论基础,为五音的临床应用提供借鉴。The five elements-metal music has its own style, and its main theme and representative repertoire are different. However, there is no unified standard for the application of five tone mode. The key to the effect of five elements-metal music is five-tone reinforcing and reducing. How to use the five tones tonic mode for reinforcing and reducing is of great significance to the clinical application of five elements-metal music. Based on the theory of ’five tone therapy’, this paper discussed the influence of deficiency and excess of zang-fu viscera, emotional state and physical factors on the therapeutic effect of five tones, analyzed the reinforcing and reducing of viscera, emotion and constitution of five tones, and put forward the principles and application methods of five tone music in different modes on five zang viscera, emotion and constitution, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the five-tone reinforcing and reducing, and provide a reference for the clinical application of five tones.
