摘　　要：龙江医家行医风格有鲜明的寒地和黑土文化特色。文章承接《龙江医家学术特色浅述》一文,从5个方面进一步阐述龙江医家学术特色,包括推拿临床特色辨证法--形气辨证和"五部"辨证、方剂药力判定公式、善用地产药材、少数民族特色诊疗技术的吸纳、日本汉方医学研究等。可见,龙江医派根植于黑龙江独特的历史、人文、地理、气候、民俗土壤之中,龙江医家群体学术特色的形成有深刻的寒地和黑土文化烙印,研究者必须予以关注。Longjiang doctor practice in a distinctive style of cold and black land culture. Following the article Brief introduction to the Academic Characteristics of Longjiang Doctors, This paper further expounded the academic characteristics of Longjiang doctors from five aspects, including clinical characteristic syndrome differentiation of massage(syndrome differentiation of form and qi and syndrome differentiation of ’five parts’), formula for determining the drug power of prescription, making good use of local herbs, the absorption of ethnic-minority characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology, the study of Japanese Han Fang medicine, and so on. From what has been discussed above, we can make the conclusion that researchers must pay attention to the fact that the formation of the academic features of Longjiang medical community has a profound cultural imprint of elements of Heilongjiang, including history, culture, geography, climate and folk.
