摘　　要：食管位于咽与胃之间,质软而薄,凡血瘀、气郁、痰浊等病理因素累积食管,胃腑通降失常,肝胆失疏,逐渐形成噎膈之证。结合其"质软"的生理特点,临床应以"柔"字立法,国医大师徐景藩教授创新性地提出"四柔法"(柔咽化痰、柔管消滞、柔肝解郁、柔中降气)进行治疗,其在辨治反流性食管炎的独到见解和丰富的临床经验值得吾辈学习和推广。The esophagus lies between the pharynx and the stomach with characteristics of flexibility. Blood stasis, qi depression, phlegm turbidity and other pathological factors accumulated in the esophagus can cause reflux esophagitis with abnormality of stomach liver and gallbladder. Baesd on esophageal softness, TCM master XU Jing-fan has put forward a unique academic perspective of ’four Rou therapy’ called softening pharynx and resolving phlegm, descending flexible tube, softening liver and relieving depression, softening and moderating qi, which has obtained great clinical curative effect and worth to spread.
