内托生肌散验案举隅

摘　　要：内托生肌散出自《医学衷中参西录》,配伍得当、方小力宏,可补益气阴、托疮生肌,临证加减运用于疮科之气阴两虚、虚热内生证,疗效确切。所举验案中,一则以内托生肌散加减治疗肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎,一则治疗下肢溃疡。两案辨证得当,疗效俱佳。张锡纯先生创内托生肌散,用于疮科之气阴两虚、虚热内生证效果显著。本方应该被临床中医师所重视,以提升临床疗效。Neituo Shengji Powder was from Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu,which is well compatible,and small but strong,which can tonify qi and yin,promote pus discharge and engendering flesh.It is well used to treat the deficiency of both qi and yin,deficiency heat and endogenous syndrome.This paper illustrates two proved cases,one case is used to treat granulomatous lobular mastitis,and the other one is to treat ulceration of lower limbs.The syndrome differentiation on the two cases is proper with good curative effects.ZHANG Xi-chun developed Neituo Shengji Powder on qi and yin deficiency and deficiency heat endogenous syndrome of sores.This prescription should be paid attention to by clinical TCM doctors to improve the clinical efficacy.
