摘　　要：文章主要阐述中风病的辨治方略,提出中风急性期作为急性脑梗死的一种,治疗当从脑论治,并从"脑为元神之府"学说来论证"通府以复元神"的理论依据,笔者认为补气活血法、化瘀通腑法、豁痰开窍法等皆属于"通法"的综合应用,是治疗中风病的最佳选择。从"脑为元神之府"的理论钩玄、中风病因病机及复元醒脑汤组方治疗三方面来阐述中风急性期的中医辨治方略,讨论中风病急性期的治疗,并论证了"通府以复元神"的理论依据,以期为中风病的临床治疗提供参考。This article mainly elaborated the strategy of distinguishing and treating of apoplexy, and put forward that the acute stage of apoplexy as a kind of acute cerebral infarction should be treated from the perspective of brain, and demonstrates the theoretical basis of ’Tongfu restores the original domination’ from the theory of ’brain is the house of the original domination’. The authors believe that the methods of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis and removing phlegm and opening qi belong to ’Tong method’ for comprehensive application is the best choice for the treatment of apoplexy. From the following three aspects of the theory of ’brain is the house of the original domination’, the etiology and pathogenesis of stroke and the prescription of Fuyuan Xingnao Decoction for the treatment of apoplexy, the differentiation and treatment strategy of TCM in the acute phase of apoplexy are expounded, the treatment of apoplexy in the acute phase is discussed, and the theoretical basis of ’Tongfu restores the original domination’ is demonstrated, so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of apoplexy.
