四大儿推流派治疗小儿肺炎浅析

摘　　要：文章通过查阅四大小儿推拿流派(三字经小儿推拿流派、张汉臣小儿推拿流派、湘西刘开运小儿推拿流派和金义成海派小儿推拿流派)所出书籍及文献,从历史传承、四诊辨证、治则、手法取穴等方面总结分析四大小儿推拿流派在治疗小儿肺炎时的特色与异同,以期完善和规范治疗此疾手法,进一步提高该疾病治愈率。By consulting the books and documents published by the four major schools of pediatric tuina(Three-character-classics school of pediatric tuina,ZHANG Han-chen school of pediatric tuina,Xiangxi LIU Kai-yun school of pediatric tuina,JIN Yi-cheng school of pediatric tuina),this paper summarized and analyzed the similarities and differences of the four schools in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia from the aspects of historical inheritance,syndrome differentiation of the,four diagnoses,treatment methods,acupoints selection,and so on,in order to improve and standardize the treatment of this disease,and further improve the cure rate of the disease.
